@kayleebrookeburks: The things that worked for us: Warm room Sound machine on fan (not brown or white noise) A lovey or warmie with her to cuddle Put her to bed fully asleep after rocking and nursing her Heating pad on warm each time I sat to feed her I know every baby likes different things, so you just have to try different things each night and find out what works! The expectations of this were not to get her sleeping 12hrs straight. We are building on this each night, but the first step was her learning how to be okay in her crib and self soothe so those sleep cycles can connect. Bringing your baby back to your room and trying again the next night doesn’t set you back or undo anything. Do what you want to do ❤️
