it looks beautiful from the outside looking in but once ur a resident u will regret it, the rules which are absurd you cant even cough in ur own house, the service charges which are crazy, the rumours and dirty politics of the estate which u may find yourself one day as the subject of discussion and hate, the pressure to conform etc. you will try to sell ur house when you reach breaking point and finding a buyer will be so hard, u will feel like hell. anyway its one's choice
