Dra. Bakit ung coach ko ayw ako pagcreatine up and down muscle gain lost ko..😆😭 22%nlng fat ko tapos ayun 25% na sarap kumain.. pero bumaba nmn weight ko 55 down to kg 54 pero gusto ko mag creatine po kasi hindi stable ung muscle % ko
