I always get in trouble because my mind is so negative, when i literaly cannot help it. Im on two kinds of medications for it and even then it only tunes it down. Iv tried talking too many people about this, and they always say it’ll go away after a few minutes, but it never does. I even adress this too him and he thinks i use it as an excuse, when i dont ever mean it as an excuse.
