I don’t see how its any different based on the height of the pully. As long as you stand far away so that you are under tension at the bottom it shouldn’t matter🤷‍♂️

The machine in my gym starts with 10kg and I do seated db laterals with max 5kg so I cant do it😞 Is there any exercise you recommend instead or should I just go on with dumbells till I get good enough for 10kg with cable? 🙏
