It’s when they start love bombing you, then telling they are the best u ever had.. then they either disappear or they traumatize you for life(physically and mentally)…I haven’t recovered.

Now that away from that situation and what hurts me now is all the things I didn’t notice at the time and now I think back and wished I had and I could have acted rather than seeming weak cos I didn’t realise
