except the guy was using it when it was snatched from him, so.itvwas already unlocked, so the PIN was not needed. is there a way of needing the PIN to switch those things off even if the phone is already unlocked?

in the Modes and Routines I have it set to if I receive a specific text it will go into lockdown and prevent any tampering and also play a sound saying the phone is stolen... plus it sends out active pings for the gps to locate it...

If someone takes your phone and it is still unlocked then the wifi or mobile data can still be switched off and the phone can be powered off.
