@losquadrista: Forces Occultes, an Awakening Film. -> Forces Occultes, published in 1943, is a French film that tells the story of a young parliamentarian, Pierre Avenel, an honest and idealistic man who enters politics with the sincere desire to serve his country. Soon, he discovers that many of the real decisions are not made in the open chambers of government, but behind closed doors — under the influence of powerful secret societies. Curious and determined to understand these hidden mechanisms, he is gradually introduced to the mysterious world of Freemasonry. Through Pierre’s eyes, the audience witnesses a world that outwardly presents itself as humanitarian and fraternal, but which secretly operates as a vast network of influence. The Masonic lodges are shown as places where alliances are forged, where careers are made and broken, and where national policy is shaped to serve concealed interests. The film portrays how this hidden power extends into politics, the press, and the economy, subtly steering the destiny of the nation. The story aims to open the eyes of the public to the unseen forces that, according to its authors, work to weaken the nation and erode its traditional values. With a solemn tone and dramatic cinematography, Forces Occultes depicts Freemasonry as an occult power pursuing goals foreign to the true spirit of the nation. Pierre’s journey becomes an allegory for awakening — the passage from naïve trust in appearances to the painful recognition of the hidden truths that lie beneath them. Created during a time of crisis, the film presents itself as both a revelation and a warning. It claims to expose to ordinary citizens what had long been reserved for secret circles of influence. Its purpose, within its own logic, is to awaken viewers to the idea that their society and government are being guided by invisible hands — and to call them to vigilance and renewal in defense of their nation’s integrity. #fyp #politics #right #left #thirdposition
