It’s sad but true, the after church crowd is the worst. I started asking customers what church they went to so I could stay away from there. I’d also tell them they should be thankful that they got the opportunity to go to church and not have to go to work and put up with people like them.

Because they’re only giving lip service to Jesus, they don’t actually follow any of his teachings. I’m a Pagan-Wiccan and accidentally following more of his teachings than most of them follow on purpose.

Well I have an uncle who goes to church to “clean the slate” so he can continue to be the worst all year and thinks I’m going to hell. Ok buddy! 👍

I used to work in loss prevention. You won't believe how many people came straight from church (still in their church clothes) and would be caught STEALING. (And not food)

A friend of mine was a waitress and on a Sunday she got a table and they set a timer and had it go off everytime they expected her to be at the table to check in with them. The 3rd time it went off her manager took over the table and it never went off again

I seen that behavior everywhere in retail. “ Praaaaaise Jesus! 😫 -dances for attention- 1 hr later, where is my food, you little B—? No tip for you!” Or hurry up & bag my sh!t!” Repeat next Sunday

As a restaurant manager, we actually had people online ordering their food while still at church so when they walked in the door, they could be sat and eat immediately. Myself, my staff and everyone else that I know that works the Sunday lunch crowd does not look forward to it. Have a customer a few years back that every Sunday they came in straight from church and when I always say it’s a shame you’re working today and not at church and so bad. I wanted to say if you would go home and eat then places like us would not have to be openbecause if there’s no business on Sunday right after church, the businesses wouldn’t open

I don’t get it either. My husband is a pastor and when we go out, we try to cut up with the server. That is the worst testimony church goers can do. Got to remember that just bc they go to church doesn’t make them Christian

I worked at a fast food place and the post church group was the WORST bc even if they're all one family they'd make each individual person order an pay in cash (kids included) and it would wreck our times and our register. Not to mention they refuse to come pick up their food at the counter when it's ready and make you walk it to them across the restaurant, which is like 40 individual trips bc they ordered separately) and never picked up after themselves when they left 😑 I don't miss it.
