@jooleeyah266: I want to love this pump. I really do, but I'm afraid it is not suitable for those with sensitive nips. Also may not be suitable for super elastic as well, due to the short tunnel. Oversuppliers have to be careful because the cup capacity is only 5oz and the pouring spout is wide = risk of spilling if your output is high. The design is great: slim, lightweight, flexible flange, coloured valve - all things I love. But the suction is too strong for me (I guess people call it Medium - Strong). In Expression mode, the low levels (level 1 & 2) has too high cycle speeds while the high levels have acceptable cycle speeds but too strong suction (for me). Consider this my review of the Paruu P20.
