First, congrats on your first European tour. Also, I think you’re onto something. Going on a big tour where you meet more people can feel like emotional whiplash when it stops. It can feel like going from bonding with a thousand people to then connecting with none. Some folks call this post-performance blues. omg!!! i know exactly what you mean its so weird because you have this extremes… on one hand of feeling super productive and being in the cities, crazy schedules then you get home and after you feel like SUCH a failure!!! its such a strange feeling… like tour blues… anyways… i hope you feel better as the days go by 🥹🫂🤍
