Have to say that I had one and it emptied all at once, causing me to call an ambulance because the amount of blood was ALARMING. Just wanted to say it’s not always light spotting/bleeding. 👍🏻

I was diagnosed Tuesday, after wiping and seeing a small clot and red blood. Was told I have a sch this is my first time ever and it’s my 5th pregnancy. I went days without anymore bleeding until Friday night into early Saturday morning. Again with dark red blood and a small clot. Most people don’t talk about the clots that’s what’s scary honestly. I’m currently 11w1d they said mine is 3.6cm

Just found out I have a Large retrochorionic hemorrhage seen at midline/inferior uterus measuring 7.2 x 3.1 x 5.1 cm. I’m 14 weeks today I’ve had bleeding off and on and last week I had two very large clots pass.

I had one and due to the size the placenta wasn’t getting enough oxygen or however that works and I lost my baby girl 10/6/25 at 15 weeks and 3 days.

I had with with my first, saw it in the first ultrasound, by the time they did the follow up, it was gone, no issues.

I have one at almost 9 weeks. OB said it was small. I have just had some cramping. No bleeding… now I’m so worried 😭

I just got back from the ER a little bit ago. I started bleeding bright red and this is my pregnancy after a mmc so I freaked out and started crying when I saw it. I did tell my husband that I had seen a few videos before about hematomas and hopefully that was just out case. Fortunately baby is completely fine, but it was extra scary after a loss.

I’m 7 weeks and I am bleeding like a light period and tiny to nickel sized clots. Praying everyday that the baby stays in and I don’t have to be in bed rest. Especially for months but I will do it if it helps my baby.
