@thesandylion: Over the years, my relationship with Sikhi has been something that's quietly grown and deepened with time. It started with small steps - moments of prayer, curiosity, learning the history, reconnecting with the language, and having conversations that helped me understand not just the faith I was born into, but the one I now choose to practice with intention. The more l've learned, the more l've realized how powerful and layered our history truly is — and how much peace and direction can be found in the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. I've always felt drawn to his story — to the compassion, the courage, and the clarity in his message. His words have grounded me through so many different chapters of my life. So being here in Pakistan, retracing Guru Nanak Dev Ji's steps, feels surreal — almost magical. To walk through these gurdwaras, to see the land where these moments actually unfolded, is something I can't put into words. Especially now, at a time where l've been navigating a lot of change in my work and personal life, this trip feels divinely timed... like I was meant to be here. I'm so grateful to have this opportunity - to feel connected, to reflect, to learn, and to share this journey with all of you. My hope is that it encourages more of us - especially the next generation - to explore our history, visit these sacred sites, and carry forward our faith, language, culture, and traditions with pride and love.
