My mobility is alful as it’s dig in with moveing around the twisted ribs the hole lot of it trying to walk far , I didn’t no what was wrong. You’ve stop me thinking omg you said what I neede to here thank you 🙏

Got mine after covid, and covid vaccine 4 yrs ago, started in my rib cage under left breast, sometimes no pain, sometimes pain for weeks. Backpod helps, but this pain decides for itself when to go and come back😬

OMG I was diagnosed with Fibro 10 years ago. in the past 2 months i have had this happening to me 1 to 3 times a day, when I bend forward even just a small bit. I thought it was my diaphragm cramping. thank you for giving it a real name.

@Jacks our abdominal muscles can get very compressed. All that tension pulling. You can see the space in my abdomen getting a lot smaller as I lean forward. Abdominal organ getting squished.
