@coastalandkind: I resisted doing this for soo long (we cosleep so it’s not always easy to sneak out of bed in the morning) but it has made such a difference for me and how I show up as a mom 😭 I enjoy my coffee while it’s still hot, sometimes I get myself totally ready for the day, sometimes I take care of chores, but most of the time I just chill on the couch with a good show and my coffee. Omg I wish I could do this but I’m 35 weeks pregnant and so lazy. I don’t feel good at all. We don’t get up early probably around 930 but she loves to relax in bed for awhile before she really gets up to play lol
