never used a food scale and thought "don't you need a different bowl for weighing the different ingredients tho?" forgot about zeroing the scale and using the same bowl 😅😶

Yes! Especially when working with difficult ingredients like peanut butter or honey that stick to whatever you measuring them in. It’s so much easier to just weigh it in the bowl you’re going to mix it in.

Literally always used measuring cups. Finally tried a food scale and made the best bread I’ve ever made. Haven’t looked at my measuring cups since.

I have the same one, but I need one that I can see the display better. with it being flat, the bowl often hides the display and I have to a contortionist to read it 😂
