Not going to win this one. Lights on you pull over. It’s daylight, no lighting issues, no safety issues that could be explained. Then I am working, going to a clients, who is the client, “myself”. If you do not stop when lights come on and you decide your going to keep on going until you do whatever your doing and then decide to stop it is still a felony stop at that point. A felony stop is gun drawn, ordered out of the vehicle and cuffed. Police officer performed the stop exactly how he should have. This lawsuit will not go anywhere.
