A few more exercises for foot and ankle strength🦶 Base support prep working to increase the strength of the intrinsic muscles of the feet and the supportive muscles that cross the ankle joint. These are a must do in all of my dynamic warmups and before high impact training. Towel or toe curl is a very simple but highly effective way to improve the strength of the mid foot to increase the arch and stability as a whole. Perform 2-3 sets of these every other day and especially on lower body training days!
