did you know that being undocumented in the USA is not usually an actual crime? its actually just a misdemeanour or can SOMETIMES be a felony depending on the circumstance. what IS illegal, is being an officer or an ice agent and detaining people without showing your face, disclosing your badge number or name, or using excessive force. so no, he didnt break the law.
