Get stuff that isn’t white, the place looks dry. The coffee idea is a very good idea, get a couch along with a TV. And the vinyl area should get an upgrade as well! Get more records and maybe do some deep organizing. Alphabetical order and the years they were released. And maybe sell books or helpful information that people can use when they are home or somewhere if they have a problem with their device. The PC idea is also really cool and would be great. You can also try doing gaming consoles as well, PlayStation, Xbox etc. I hope this helps and maybe gives you some ideas!!!

Add a couch for waiting if someone wanted to wait inside, and a tv and snack bar that they could buy since it will be needed. Make it feel like a store but also homey at the same time, and people will feel more welcome to come in.
