I flew on this plane (registration SX-CBC, Mount Parnassus) from Frankfurt/Main (EDDF) to Athens (LGAT) on July 17, 1989, with a six-hour delay, and sat at the emergency exit above the wing, as seen in the film. I disembarked in Athens with the other passengers via the rear stairs of the Boeing 727. What was special about it back then was that, at 14 years old, it was the first time I had flown alone (without my parents) to Athens to visit my relatives. It's crazy to see that plane again 37 years later...
