I believe every employee Customer knows how to greet say hi and can I help you but the amount of task that these employees are getting with no help and no hours it kind of overwhelms them they need motivation they need better structure they need positive vibes and they need to be a motivated for doing what they’re doing and get praised with a cheers or something for the team like a pizza party or just recognition of the whole group it’s a teamwork who doesn’t smile at work no matter what the situation is we all need our job so it shouldn’t even be a policythat makes no sense.

No, smile and eye contact with the customer in front of you. With that being in place. Give the employee commission for their smiling service.

It’s funny that this person or announcer is saying that old business is so slow well I’m sorry target you guys messed up when you guys didn’t support the Hispanic people and etc. that’s when it all went downhill so you need to put a lot of sales you need to value your real customers and see who just the ones that are just a window shopper
