Quite honestly they should have completed her order since it was taken but that doesn’t mean she could throw hot coffee on anyone! She does need to be prosecuted.

Around 2 years ago , as I work in a pharmacy, a customer called me asking me why is her control medication not ready though the doctor called it 10 days ago, I told her cause it’s a control and we could not refill it too soon at that moment but I will fill it for you and will take 30 min. She insulted me on the phone cause she was insisting that should be ready within 5 mins since it was our fault not to fill it on time. As we had people in front of her, there will be no way getting done for her less than 30 min. As other people are in store and she is not even in store yet. She kept insulting me and saying I accused for abusing the medication when I said it was too soon and it was not too soon. She kept talking to me on the phone over 12 min insulting me and arguing me to fill it for her ASAP. While she is taking other people time and her time also to get things ready by keeping back and forth and insulating , I hang up the phone. She showed up an hour later. When she approached the pharmacy, she told me she knows I was the one who answered the phone and she was threatening me not to hang up the phone on her next time. She said nowadays, people are crazy and they could do everything they want to do, so I should be careful from people like her and should worry about myself and my family. She said this in front of everybody, the company I work with could care less about her threatening cause they care more about their reputation. Further more the company would fire any one call the police in case someone jumps into the counter and ask to give them the opioid medicine. Even if the person has a weapon for sake of company reputation. This country is mess and there’s no protection for you when you have to be protected while working.
