Not to be that person, but one of the most terrifying murder cases that has always stuck with me is from Japan. The Junko Furuta case haunts me and I don't care where I am... I don't trust anyone. I get this is an innocent funny skit, but letting your guard down, not a good idea in public.

Story time: my dad grew up in Tokyo. Left his wallet on a bench outside Tokyo tower. Came back 2 weeks later to look, still there. Nothing missing. ☺

When I went to Singapore I was in shock that people left their purses, wallets and phones on the curb/planters outside of rides at universal. Like 50-60 purses just chilling. We could NEVERRRR in America.
