@harpurrkittywarrior: HarPURR likes to show us we can purrsevere and let go of heavy thoughts that seem to linger. October and November are always such a hard time of the year. The cold weather, the darkness and these two months mark the loss of two extraordinary souls in our own home. Cinder we lost 2 years ago on 10/7/23 and then Miracle Miles on 11/18/23. Losing them has impacted our home so purrofoundly and they are missed dearly each day. We have friends near and far who have lost loved ones that are still affecting their daily lives. This is for each of you who need to read this, to feel this, allow those tears to flow, allow yourself to feel and be kind to yourself. Grief is like the ocean as it comes in waves. There are times when it feels you are being hit over and over with one wave after another, your heart enduring so much. Then there is the ebb and flow, the waves slow down, you feel like you can catch your breath again. Loss is so individualized and it is so important that when you are experiencing grief you are very patient with yourself. If you feel you have no one to reach out to, reach out here. The feeling that no one cares can be overwhelming even when there is an understanding that it really isn’t that, they are just caught in their own ocean. HarPURR and I are here to tell every single soul that you are ALL valued, irreplaceable, ALL matter and are loved. Feel the warrior spirit from within and HarPURR on.
