ive had frozen shoulder and recovered...now lifting anything in my job as a waitress travels into my neck and its painful...flair ups are no joke..

It is and there is nothing can be done about it because I have it if you have a shoulder replacement they get rid of the pain but not the movement the movement stays forever not being able to move out or reaching up

iv got this..had it for 2yrs..now they want to operate on it.. injection didn't last long maybe 12weeks..but help ease the pain a bit.. scared of going to sleep.. hoping they can do it while I'm awake?

Have these same symptoms for months. Been to Dr who never even looked at my shoulder & sent me to physio, again, didn't even look at my shoulder, she got me to punch the air & it was sooo painful she made it worse also turned my neck that left me with crippling migraines for two wks, will not be going back there...So I'm just living with the pain & stiff,stiffness. Do every day tasks, showering & getting dressed in can't describe the pain its that bad.

I'm just getting over frozen shoulders...omfg the pain would take my breath away..😢.I still struggle doing simple basic tasks...but the physio I've had has helped so much
