i always saw this kind of stuff as sort of energy shifting, basically like in the military where instructors or officers would shout and talk snd behave in really commanding way so the cadets will listen more... ig its more like guiding the viewers into something the speaker desires? i may be overthinking it but just my thoughts!

I suspect it is hardwired, like how most people instinctually switch to melodically baby-talk when talking to babies. Subconsciously, we know how to use language tones to get certain results.
