But nonetheless, give it a go… dirty cheeseburger rice 2 tbsp fat or oil of choice (I’ve been loving beef tallow atm) 1 brown onion, diced (finely dice 2 tbsp for sauce) Salt and pepper 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp mustard powder 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 500g lean beef mince 2 tbsp Tom sauce (I did more but start with these and season it to your liking, keeping in mind we are adding rice so the volume of the dish will increase) 2 tbsp American mustard 2 tbsp Worcestershire 1/2 cup rice (you could definitely add more I just didn’t realise I only had this 🥲) 2 cups water, stock or bone broth (for extra protein + gut health benefits) Grated cheese In n out sauce dupe: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 2 tbsp ton sauce (again adjust these how you like) 2 tbsp American mustard The finely diced onion we saved from earlier Chopped pickles, as much as your heart desires Salt and pepper #dirtyrice #EasyRecipes #mealprep #highprotein #cheeseburgerrice
