I do!! I have red raised scars and I wear them out. It gets easier the more you do it. Today I forget I have them on my body. For reference this was me on my graduation in front of everyone

Yes it’s okay! Mine are fully healed but still very visible in person and yeah, I’ve had situations where people have tried to make me feel bad about it but at the end of the day, I cannot help what is already done. A scar is usually a permanent thing, so those who want to be close to me will have to get used to it eventually. Though, I tend to bring a sweater with me if I feel too anxious about who is going to percieve me
