If they went for poorer quality/low price then they’d be criticised for that too. Going for the best quality was the right decision imo 🤷♀️

I will pay more for things that are worth it, I do struggle to pay the non primark primark prices for the quality the produce 😂

I don’t think they’re in the wrong expensive product. I just think where they’ve gone wrong is not making a video to introduce the collection and explain that it is a premium brand rather than acting like anyone could afford it

I think if they had mentioned sustainability and ethics in their marketing, the reception would be a bit different, but there’s nothing about the workers or anything on the website, it’s made in Turkey?
