I‘m excited to see your gift lists! It feels like many in my internet echo chamber are leaning into low- or no-consumption decorating and gifting this year. With the current political and economic climate, it’s no wonder people are tightening up, rethinking gift giving… It could be really fun to included some ultra-low-budget or even free ideas… maybe a bit of crafting, thrifting, or creative repurposing. I imagine a lot of people won’t have much extra to spend on those peripheral relationships they might’ve treated more generously in other years. And honestly, it’s the perfect time to show that beautiful, timeless, thoughtful design doesn’t have to come with a price tag. I know holiday decorating isn’t really your thing, and of course it all needs to make sense for your shop and brand, but I hope it gives you a little spark of inspiration anyway. ✨
