Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12×16-inch sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. Make the cake: • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar. • Add melted butter, Greek yogurt, eggs, and milk. Mix until smooth. • Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared pan. • Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the cake springs back when touched. • Let it cool completely before cutting. 3. Cut into trees: • Use a Christmas tree cookie cutter to cut out tree shapes from the cooled cake. 4. Make the filling: • In a bowl, mix together marshmallow fluff, melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth and fluffy. 5. Assemble: • Spread the filling between two tree-shaped cake pieces to make a sandwich. • Place the assembled cakes in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up. 6. Coat with white chocolate: • Using the double boiler method, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth. • Spoon or drizzle the coating over each cake. • Add sprinkles before the coating hardens. 7.
