The minute I express my needs and feelings, they run. I almost use it as a test now lol. I am ready to find someone who will actually listen just as I listen to them.

no, I like the more driven men who apparently tend to be more avoidant. Just realizing that I attract them..trying to figure out how to find one that driven and emotionally healthy.

Thank you for this. After so many years of being in a relationship where is was gaslighted and manipulated I am now leaning how to express feelings rather than bottling them up.

He asks me to express my feelings and I do and his responses are very nonchalant… it’s confusing.

Thanks girl came to a realisation today. For me it is hard to express when I get triggered. But I need to process them myself and then come back to it to him

Cream butter & sugar: Beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until very light and fluffy (3-4 mins) 3. Add eggs & vanilla: Mix in whole egg, yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth. 4. Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, Fold gradually into wet mix until just combined. 5. Fold in chocolate chunks and nuts. Dough should be thick and slightly sticky. 6. Chill dough 30–45 minutes. 7. Divide into 6-8 balls Slightly flatten the tops. Chill again for 15-20 minutes. 8. bake for 10–12 minutes. Cookies should look just set in the center, edges lightly golden. 9. Let cool 5 minutes on a wire rack , then drizzle with caramel.
