This is a few years old. Turned out the pilot had out of date paperwork. Worked out all ok once he confirmed with his Ops Dept.

at the end of the day if anything happens the pilot is the one liable not the air traffic controller, the wing walkers and follow me would've helped remove that liability from the pilot ATC is 100% in the wrong in this case
