My favorite was the lobster kimi sushi — rich, sweet, and the most flavorful of the three. Course 2: Seabream with House-Made Almond Soy Sauce The almond soy sauce was insanely aromatic and addictive, and the seabream itself was clean, tender, and naturally sweet. Each bite was wrapped with a thin sheet of vegetable for extra texture. My favorite pairing was the pumpkin wrap — soft, sweet, and a perfect 10/10. Course 3: Lobster Soup A deep, concentrated broth packed with pure lobster essence. Thick, earthy slices of mountain yam added a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that made the soup extra comforting.
