I get the point, but ‘nothing to lose’ ignores reality. About 85% of the world lacks consistent access to clean water, food, or stable shelter. Being in the small % that does have those things is a privilege people seriously overlook.

It’s very good philosophy, but in western society money is the god . Without money you can’t function. Or live. We sell our lives doing jobs we hate to eat and put a roof over our heads. Ask any homeless person how it is to have no where of your own ? To sleep safely and relax and eat and socialize. It’s hell on earth
