Soak your foot in warm salt water then have Tania pull it.. with you soaking your foot it’s gonna soften up and make it easier to pull. It’s gonna hurt but giiiiirl sooo worth it in the end.. it feels so good after. Come on Amiga, you just gave birth.🤪🤪😘

Soak your feet in hot water get a nail clipper and clip it but something else to lift it the hot water softens it
