@itx_muhammad44: Hello everyone 👋 Today I’m showing the PT-APTT-INR test procedure — tests that tell us how well the blood clots! 🩸 First, take the blue-cap sodium citrate tube, collect the blood sample, then centrifuge it to get plasma. 👉 For PT test: add plasma + PT reagent (Thromboplastin) and note the clotting time. 👉 For APTT test: add plasma + APTT reagent, incubate 3 min, then add Calcium Chloride, and note the time again.
