the school doesn't have the right to hit the student. she could of seriously injured that child. arrest that teacher and whoever help restrain that student. prison justice will do the same to them. 🔥 and the mother standing there watching should also face punishment. The mother is in the US now, she needs to know the US laws. your supposed to protect your daughter, not videotape it. the mother probably didn't even take her to the hospital to see if she's okay.
