We have a Multiple companies . Japanese ones and American Ones... For the American one .. Employees work Hard and Employeers Make sure that they dont leave the company Easily and They pay good .. 🥰🥰 while for Japanese ones they Dont care ...Do What ever it takes to finish the Task... Just do it.... Third ones are local Companies and they follow One step a head of Japanese style of work. 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
