That won’t change what they see on the echo, it doesn’t matter what rhythm it’s in, if there’s something abnormal structurally it will be seen

I was having POTS-like symptoms, so they did the typical testing — an echo, heart monitor, and tilt table test. My echo showed heart failure with reduced EF, and my cardiac MRI confirmed i also have congestive heart failure. The heart monitor picked up arrhythmias and SVT, and the tilt table test confirmed that I also have POTS. Has this happened to anyone else??? They can’t find a reason i’m in heart failure at 23 now 24.

Idk about you but my nervous system causes fast and slow heart rates. It’s a secondary form of dysautonomia due to being in chronic fight or flight.

You can have a structurally healthy heart but if that’s the case then there’s probably something wrong on the electrical side of things

I get random fast heart rates that make my heart go up to 187 bpm makes me light headed and lose my vision for a second, it can happen a couple times a month or months without it, I had a 48 hour monitor on and it didn’t show anything then waited for my appointment for an event monitor and between the two it was happening more often than usual even 3 times in one day. Now my even monitor has been on for 3 weeks and nothing has happened🙄 I go get an echo today

My echo was normal but my hr was at 182 😆 poor tech was sweating. Slapped on the ekg and I’m just laughing like “This is the whole reason I’m here bro”

Can you get an appointment with an electrophysiologist ? I had brady tachy ended up getting a pace maker.

Yeah my echos are normal (which is a really good thing) but my 2 weeks heart monitor showed everything so i definitely recommend asking for one
