@meganabero: As someone who used to struggle with acne…I found that my body was actually rejecting people. LISTEN to your skin and watch the signs. It started to flare up when I surrounded myself with people that weren’t good for me at the time. Once I read that your skin can actually “breakout” if your body doesn’t feel comfortable around the people you’re with I took initiative to walk away. And THE RESULTS SHOW! Trust me your body will know way before you do. I used to scrub my face as hard as I could everyday hoping it would scrape off, tried to cover it with caked makeup, and use products with ingredients that I never researched further than if they were good for acne-prone skin. It’s temporary and can be treated properly when you educate yourself and seek the right facial specialist. My skin glows more than ever after countless hours of research, listening to my internal problem, and using the products that best suited my skin. Someone else’s routine is not always your best routine. Everyone’s skin is different. I want to make sure I let everyone I get the privilege to treat know you’re not “unclean or too stressed”. Learn to grow with your skin. You’re working together to show your beauty 🩷 #acne #esthetician #facial #itgetsbetter #fypシ
