gas stations did the same when I was a kid, no backpacks and only a few kids at a time. them parents think it's over reacting but I'll be damed if they let kids over run their work

These are businesses, not their high school cafeteria. You can’t come in a business and trash it and act like a fool, and expect them to still cater to you. There are also fire code laws that only allow a certain number of people in a building at a time
