If she had a real seizure, she would not be able to jump right up due to the post-ictal phase. She would be lethargic, weak and may not have return of spontaneous motor function. She might be unresponsive. She could have had a pseudo-seizure or have epilepsy. There was no reason to throw her on the ground. They always pretend the person is resisting to add another fine. It's pitiful. She doesn't have to go to the hospital if she has them all the time unless that is their departmental policy. ROUTINE medications are used with epilepsy, and any stimulation above customary stim. could induce a seizure even with medication. These cops are so impatient and violent. It's all so unnecessary.

They think a fake medical condition is gonna keep them out of jail lol. They will take you to a hospital, cuff you to a bed, stay there until the doc clears you and then its back in cuffs and off to the police station you go.
