I’ve just started red light therapy , it’s great , really recommend trying 👍, definitely reducing my inflammation and reduces the redness , worth a go , I’ve suffered for years but I do feel this is making a difference 👍

Sorry to see you going through this. I'm on my 4th month of TSW, my neck, face, arms and hands affected because of the steroid creames I've been taking for my eczema the last 8 years. I'm going through the oozing stage at the moment and it's not pleasant.
