I’d love to hear the science behind chia seeds and coconut water “flattening the stomach.” 😂 You can’t spot reduce fat, first of all, and there is no special chemical reaction creating magic here. Calorie deficit and energy expenditure. Healthy foods and hydration can help, but it’s macros and calories in, calories out. There is no quick fix, or magic hack.
