It's not the pool employee's responsibility to babysit your children. If the parents wasn't there, then why was the child there? If there wasn't someone there that was supposed to be watching the kid. Why did the parents leave the child there? that is who should be held responsible.. Lifeguards are just that ..they're there to try to save your life. If you get in to trouble in the water ..they're not there to babysit your children

Where was the parents of this 5 year old ? They should have been watching him in that pool . That lifeguard saved their son . Release him from jail and the parents should be held accountable
