15 month old here and we have been back and forth forever it seems. i guess I need to accept it will be different everyday. 1 nap she isn't sleeping long enough but on 2 she is refusing the second nap 🫠 bedtime gets to be different every night which is annoying me so much. all other nap transitions have been so smooth. I dunno what im doing wrong 😩

Unfortunately my 15 month isn’t capable of sleeping more than 1.5 hours even on a 1 nap schedule but is constantly fighting 2 naps 😩😩

Will you plz do videos on how to introduce whole milk and dropping bottles at 12 months? Maybe a sample schedule of feeding for the day while tapering bottles. So anxious. Baby girl is 1 year old in December.

Do you always do a 9:30 and 2:00 nap time??? My 10 month old is just now consistently doing 2 naps and I’m finding a hard time making them consistent and not too late in the day to where it’s interfering with bedtime😅

This video made me feel so much better. Especially when you said don’t spiral! As I often do. Currently taking 2 naps but fights his afternoon nap on random days. We tweak bedtime early when he skips his second nap because if he’s up at 11 for the day and won’t nap again I panic still not sure how to tackle this he’s almost 15 months

Love this! I stopped following wake windows around 9 months and just stuck to times and it’s helped everyone so much. Just being more laid back about bedtimes instead of “omg he’s only been awake 2.5 hours instead of 3.5” either way he’s sleep trained and will fall asleep once I put him in the crib. Sometimes it’s 1 minute sometimes it’s 10 and no big deal

On the topic of naps do you have any tips or suggestions for naptime with 2 under 2? My second baby is 2 weeks old today and I’m so nervous for my husband to go back to work in a few days. No clue how to handle this! 🫠

Why do I love hearing this right now my almost 10 month old is refusing his second nap which I gave up I’m trying to do so. I’ve been only doing one nap and he makes it until 12 or 1230 until that first nap sometimes it’s 30 minutes sometimes it’s 40 sometimes an hour sometimes longer. I don’t freak out as much I do go on walks with him which of course he doesn’t Ask with that lol but this just kind of makes me more calm, cause it’s like who the heck cares about how many naps of babies should do it should be the amount your baby wants

Okay but why does my 11 month never nap longer than an hour at home but will do 2 at daycare. Yes he’s sleep trained, dark room, fed etc

Could u talk about bedtime? I have an 18 month old. He used to go down at 7:30 but recently he will talk for a while in bed before falling asleep so We have been pushing his bedtime to 8pm now but now he still talks in bed for about 30min before going to bed😂 I fear we unnecessarily pushed his bedtime back and he just likes talking to himself before he falls asleep

My babe is now on one nap and he only sleeps for 1.5 hours but sleeps overnight 11.5-12 hours! 7-630/7. I put him down at 11 and he’s up by 1230 and come 430pm-5pm he’s PISSED. Any thoughts?!?
