@tehyawithasicwhip: 🧴 Skincare routine: My skincare routine is really simple but pretty effective for me especially because I have acne-prone and sensitive skin 😔. I’ve tried a lot of products over the years, and my skin reacts easily, so I stick with things that are gentle (besides glycolic acid) and fragrance-free. Every morning and night I start with the CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Cleanser. It’s one of the few cleansers that actually cleans my face without stripping it or leaving it tight afterward. It has ceramides and amino acids that help protect my skin barrier, which is super important for me since harsh cleansers usually cause redness or breakouts. After cleansing, I use The Ordinary Glycolic Acid a few nights a week. I don’t use it every day because it can be strong, but it helps exfoliate and keep my skin smoother. Then I layer The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid and Niacinamide serums. The hyaluronic acid helps lock in hydration and makes my skin look plumper, while the niacinamide has really helped control oil and even out my tone over time. 🌞 Next, I apply COSRX Snail Mucin, which sounds weird but it’s honestly one of my favorite products. It helps calm irritation and heal acne marks faster. For moisturizer, I use Vanicream Daily Moisturizer since it’s lightweight and doesn’t clog pores. Finally, in the morning I finish with the COSRX SPF 50 Sunscreen. It doesn’t leave a white cast and keeps my skin protected without feeling greasy but it makes my skin look so glowyyy.
