Personally, as someone who has worked in property management, I feel like it should be standard to paint in between tenants. Because the walls hold so much smell. I understand that eventually it would be too many layers but ya know

Yes I love this!! I just moved out got charged $200 for paint and $300 for carpet cleaning. Like dude I lived there for 5 years you should do that anyways but whatever. I never expect to get my deposit back but I still clean
